New Clients - All new clients are required to book online for their first appointment. A credit card is required to book your appointment and will stay on file (see policies below). As a new client you will fill out your client profile as well as read/digitally sign all required forms which must be done prior to your first appointment.

New Client - Foreign Fills - Foreign fills are suitable for clients that already have existing lash extensions. You must have 40% of your lashes remaining for it to be considered a fill. Please keep in mind that you may need a removal/full set if your current lashes are applied incorrectly or cannot be worked with. Please contact me if you have any questions regarding this.

Cancellations - 24 hours notice is required when cancelling your appointment. Failure to give notice will result in a 50% charge of the service(s). This fee will be paid using the credit card on file. All fees must be paid before scheduling another appointment.

Rescheduling - Rescheduling within the 24hr window will result in a 50% charge of the service(s). This fee will be paid using the credit card on file.

No-Shows/Missed Appointments - Missing your appointment or willfully forgoing your appointment for any reason will result in a 100% charge of the service price & your card on file will be charged accordingly.

Late Arrival - Arriving 15 minutes late will result in having to reschedule your appointment and a 50% charge of the service. Any late arrivals (up to 15 minutes) can still continue with their service but will be done so in the remaining appointment time.

Fill Appointments - Fills are needed every 2-3 weeks, depending on retention & lash growth. Four week fills are automatically considered full sets regardless of how many lashes are remaining (anything over 28 days). 40% of lashes need to be remaining (after they are shed) for a fill; anything less will be considered a full set and charged accordingly - Please keep this in mind when booking your appointments.
